Registration and access to your personal account
Customers who are interested in the services of the provider can order callback from the connection manager, leaving a request through the official website of Teleos. The application form is opened from the main menu of the site by clicking on the bright button that says “Connect online” and is a block with interactive fields for entering data. They should indicate:
- Connection address.
- Name of contact person.
- Convenient time for a call.
- Registration address.
- Series and passport number.
Provider’s employees register applications submitted through the site. After considering the request, the client is contacted by the number left by him.
Having a connection agreement, the subscriber can start using the closed section of the Teleos account, which displays information on services related to his personal account. Login and primary password are specified in the agreement, but they can be changed in the settings.
The block with the authorization form appears when you click on the "Personal Account" button in the page header. Through it, an account number / login and password are used to enter the statistics and service management service. A check mark next to the phrase “Another computer” will prevent the browser from remembering the authorization data, which is important when working on someone else’s device.
The subscriber has the option to recover the password by personal account number: free via email, which is assigned to the account, or paid via sms, the cost of the request is 5 rubles.
